Age-related support · Provo, Utah

Support for the changes that come with aging.

Mobility changes, fall risks, life after a stroke, and health conditions like diabetes can make long days at home harder and lonelier. Aspen Senior Day Center offers a safe, supervised day full of connection, while family caregivers get time to work, rest, or recharge.

More than memory care

Every senior deserves a full, social day.

Aging doesn’t always mean memory loss. Many seniors are sharp and social but need a little help getting around, staying safe, or keeping up with daily routines.

Our accessible center and small 4:1 client-to-aide ratio let us support each person’s abilities, so they can join in, make friends, and enjoy the day.

Care that feels personal

Every participant is known by name, routine, strengths, and the things that bring them joy.

A little help can go a long way.

Day care can add support before a crisis, while home is still where your loved one belongs.

  • Falls or balance problems make it unsafe to be home alone
  • Your loved one is recovering from a stroke and needs daytime supervision
  • Mobility changes are leading to isolation or inactivity
  • You need dependable time to work, run errands, or care for your own health

Support for you, too.

Helping a parent or spouse with mobility changes, fall risks, or life after a stroke often means constant watchfulness. Reliable daytime support gives you room to work, rest, and take care of your own health.

Your loved one gets a full, social day, and you both come home with more energy for time together.

“My grandpa attended Aspen for several years after having his first stroke and suffering from dementia. He absolutely cherished going there and he told me so many memories he had about being there. He loved all of the staff as well as all of his friends that he made. I am so glad that we was able to go to Aspen Senior Day Center because I truly believe that it was a big thing for him in his life and it left a huge positive impact on him.”

Good questions are welcome

Frequently asked questions

Every family’s needs are different. A tour is the best way to see the center, meet the team, and talk through fit.

Can someone who uses a walker or wheelchair attend?

Yes. Our center is accessible, and team members can assist with walking, transfers, seating, and restroom needs. We’ll talk with your family before enrollment to understand your loved one’s specific needs.

Is this physical therapy?

No. Aspen provides non-medical senior day care. Gentle group exercise supports mobility and balance, but it doesn’t replace care from your loved one’s doctors or physical therapists.

How do we know if it’s a good fit?

The best way to find out is to visit. Schedule a free tour to see the center, meet the team, and ask any questions you have.
